Description:

Established in 1964, the Braitmayer Foundation in Marion, Massachusetts, encourages innovative programs to enhance the quality of education at the pre-collegiate level. To that end, the foundation invites LOIs from organizations that use innovative practices in K-12 education across the United States. Of particular interest to the foundation are curricular and school reform initiatives and/or those focused on the preparation of and professional development opportunities for teachers, particularly those that encourage people of high ability and diverse background to enter and remain in K-12 teaching. Grants of up to $35,000 will be awarded.
