Limited Submission – Centers for Medicare & Medicate Services – HEALTHY KIDS 2019 (CMS 1Y1-19-001-063129) NO INTERNAL COMPETITION

 

Purpose: The Centers for Medicare & Medicate Services announces the Connecting Kids to Coverage HEALTHY KIDS 2019 Outreach and Enrollment Cooperative Agreements opportunity. The program provides funding opportunities to reduce the number of children who are eligible for, but not enrolled in, Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and to improve retention of eligible children who are enrolled in the programs.

 

Funding Amount/ Project Period: $500,000 up to $1,500,000 for up to three years.

Internal Competition: The University of Kentucky has designated a qualified applicant to submit to this program. This team has the requisite expertise, required organizational structure, and currently holds an award under this program that is eligible for continuation. Thus, this there will be no internal competition.
