Purpose:
The
purpose of this FOA is to evaluate strategies for implementing and
disseminating known, effective interventions for reducing alcohol-impaired
driving (AID) in the United States and to test the effectiveness of new,
innovative strategies to reduce AID in non-occupational settings.

Limit
on Number of Applications: Only one application
per institution (normally identified by having a unique DUNS number) is
allowed.
Internal
Competition: Because
CDC limits an institution to one submission, the University of Kentucky has
established an internal selection process. Researchers interested in applying
are to submit the following material electronically to the Office of the
Vice President for Research at vpr@email.uky.edu
and a copy to their Associate Dean for Research by Monday, March 19, 2012:

committee will be convened to review the material and make recommendations as
