forge sets of scaled information and communications technologies (ICT)-enabled
services – and change them as needed depending on results and changing
conditions – to increase the adoption rates of new technologies by smallholder
farmers.
This RFA includes a total of six possible
Awards. Competition under the RFA will be conducted in two phases: Phase
I (Concept Note) and Phase II (Full Application). Each applicant shall
initially provide USAID with a Concept Note. The most highly technically
qualified Concept Notes will be invited to submit a Phase II Full Application.
