Funding-Limited Submission – U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) - New Alliance ICT Extension Challenge Fund (RFA-OAA-14-000012); April 10, 2014

The purpose of this Request for Applications (RFA) is to identify and select six organizations that are results-oriented and can forge sets of scaled information and communications technologies (ICT)-enabled services – and change them as needed depending on results and changing conditions – to increase the adoption rates of new technologies by smallholder farmers.

This RFA includes a total of six possible Awards.  Competition under the RFA will be conducted in two phases: Phase I (Concept Note) and Phase II (Full Application).  Each applicant shall initially provide USAID with a Concept Note.  The most highly technically qualified Concept Notes will be invited to submit a Phase II Full Application.

Limited Submission:  An organization may submit up to six (6) Concept Notes, one for each of the six Awards to be made.
