Funding-Clarification of Commonwealth of Kentucky Dept. for Energy Development and Independence RFP 127 1200000224 for Coal Education; April 11, 2012

The following Addenda were issued relevant to the Coal Education RFP:

Addendum Number 1 (page 45)

For the Commonwealth to clarify Section 4.35 Proposal Submissions.

Proposers shall submit no more than one proposal per topic.  An entity with multiple subdivisions under the same FEIN may submit proposals from the various subdivisions provided that proposals are for separate and distinct topics defined under the RFP.  Multiple proposals for the same topic may be rejected.

Addendum Number 2 (page 48)

To extend the closing date of the RFP from March 26, 2012 to April 11, 2012.
