Funding-University of Kentucky Sustainability Challenge Grant Program; October 16, 2015

This program is designed to engage multidisciplinary teams from the University community in the creation and implementation of ideas that will simultaneously advance economic vitality, ecological integrity and social equity, now and into the future.  The selection process will prioritize projects that engage students and demonstrate the potential to produce results that will catalyze operational, academic and cultural change on our campus. A total of $200,000 is available this year, through funds provided by the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration, the Student Sustainability Council, the Provost, and the Vice President for Research. The program is jointly coordinated by the Tracy Farmer Institute for Sustainability & the Environment, UK Office of Sustainability and the President’s Sustainability Advisory Committee.
