General Interest-COA e-mail grant fund balance reports for PIs; post until April 1, 2009

 

Starting in August 2008, all College of Agriculture principal investigators, as well as their chairs and business officers, should have been receiving an automated e-mail message that states the fund balance in the WBS element (grant account) associated with each extramural grant.  The purpose of these monthly reports is to give investigators a snapshot of funds available in each grant to assist with timely management of funds.  

 

If you are a PI on an active grant, you should be receiving these monthly reports via email.  If you are a PI on an active grant and have not been receiving these reports, please let Betty Newsom, bnewsom@email.uky.edu know.  Thank you.
