The goal of Leveraging clinical, behavioral, biomedical, and policy Innovations to Facilitate Tobacco treatment in Kentucky (LIFT KY) is to drive the growth of innovative, multidisciplinary clinical, behavioral, biomedical, and policy-related research with the aim of reducing tobacco use in rural Kentucky and beyond. To facilitate this goal, the LIFT, KY Alliance supports two grant programs.

  1. Rapid Response Grant Program will provide up to $10,000 for data collection that will serve as pilot data for a resubmission of a grant submitted in 2021-2022.

Eligibility: Full-time faculty at the University of Kentucky are eligible for the pilot grant program. Faculty salary support may not be charged to the grant.
