NASA Kentucky EPSCoR (Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research) strengthens research capability in areas of importance to NASA and Kentucky by promoting development of research infrastructure, improving capabilities to gain support outside of EPSCoR, and developing partnerships with NASA.

NASA KY supports projects in areas including aerospace, aeronautics, space science, and related disciplines including energy, physics, geosciences, human health and performance, and computer science.

RA proposals: Each funded NASA EPSCoR proposal is expected to establish research activities that will make significant contributions to strategic research and technology development priorities of one or more NASA Mission Directorates or Centers and contribute to overall research infrastructure, science, and technology capabilities of Kentucky. The pre-proposal process will select one proposal from Kentucky to submit to the national competition.
